We feel very lucky to have this as our surgery. Everyone is always caring and professional. We have never had trouble getting an appointment. Our family doctor is fabulous and all the nurses and receptionists are super.

This year I have had a period of struggling with an unknown illness. I have received excellent care throughout this, specifically with Dr Williams and Dr Liu. I was treated with real care and kindness. They were extremely thorough and ensured that referrals to have further investigations were going to be as speedy as possible, particularly in the knowledge that I was going to be moving abroad in October. I have always found if really easy to get appointments, even at short notice. The staff are friendly and professional and go out of their way to help you. Sometimes appointments are running late. I don't get annoyed by this though because I know that it is only because of the high level of care and attention that is given to all patients. I really feel like the doctors listen attentively to my concerns and never rush a consultation. Having never had any ongoing illnesses previous to this one, I had felt a bit like I might be 'pestering' the doctors, however as soon as I met with them, my concerns were allayed, as they listened attentively to my symptoms and supported me through to finding a diagnosis and putting my mind at rest. Having had doctors in the past at other surgeries who I have not felt so comfortable with, I feel exceptionally lucky to be a patient here.
